    TES :- TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME

TES is held twice a year. TES is given for direct interview call. It is on merit basis.

    Eligibility Criteria for TES:

    - You should have completed your 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry & mathematics subject.

    - You must secure minimum aggregate of 70% in Physics, Chemistry & Maths(PCM).

    - Your age should be in between 16. to 19 years.

    - You should be Indian citizen.

    - Only unmarried Male candidates are eligible to apply for this examination.

So as you have 68.67% in PCM you are not eligible to appply TES exam.

Re: Am I eligible to appear in TES exam having secured 68.67% in 12th PCM?

Yourmarks are less than 70% so you should not think to apply for the TES because those who score more than 80% wont get call for SSB then you only have 68% marks.
Technical entry scheme totally depends on the percentage, if your percentage is more than 80% then you must think to apply because nowadays there is huge competetion so that every person who score more than 90% apply for the same and these guys are preffered first.
It will be better for you to apply for the NDA examination, because here is no percentage criteria to apply for the examination.
If you qualify the examination then you will be called for the interview of service selection board and that will be the main thing to clear because everything depends on that only.
Here is the eligibility criteria of the examination-
    You must be having -
-10+2 in any stream for indian army.
-10+2 in physics and maths for indian air force and navy.
    Age limit.
    -16.5 years to 19 years.
    Selection procedure-
    -written test.
    -SSB interview.
    -medical test.

    Thank you.

Your overall marks does not matter for TES.What is mainly required is 70% or above aggregate marks in Physics+Chemistry+Maths..As your marks are lower than 70% in PCM,you will be ineligible for applying for TES.You better try for NDA as there you will get equal opportunity like others and you will join Defence service after NDA as well.

i am sorry to say this but you are not eligible to apply for TES.......the minimum % required to apply for TES is 70%(in PCM) and the cutoff generally goes around 80%
since you have got only 68% so you can't even apply for TES
you can try for NDA if you are still under 19 years of age..........
