Yes you are eligible for the TGC engineers as you have BTECH as your qualification with you.
This is notified twice in a year in employement news and the official website of indian army.
age limit for the same is as follows.
-your age should be 20 to 27 years of age as of the first day of the month in which course is due to commence.
-BE/BTECH final appearing and degree holder of engineering.
-you must be married or unmarried both are eligible for the same.
-ssb is conducted in oct to nov or april-may.
-date of commencement of the training is jan and july.
    -training academy will be IMA.
-duration of training will be 1 years.
Other than that you can apply for the CDS examination to get into the indian army.
But you need to make sure that your age should be under 25 years as if it will be more than that then it will be difficult for you to apply or in other words you cannot apply.
To apply for indian millitary academy your age should be 19 to 24 years of age.
To apply for officers training academy 19 to 25 years of age.

    thank you.

You must know that there is no issue regarding your integrated course, ones who complete their degree in integrated course are also engineers, ones who complete simply are also engineer.Hence there is no doubt regarding your degree.

The eligibility criteria for applying in TGC is engineering degree in civil, mechanical, production, mechanical, computer,bi o-technology,food technology, architecture.
You have done engineering in Bio-Technology,then there is no point of discussion, you are eligible.

Now other ways of applying in army is CDSE(Combined Defence Service Examination)
It is a combined entry for all three wings, through IMA(Indian Military Academy),OTA(Officer Training Academy)-both are entries in army through CDSE.
The qualification required is graduation from any stream for both IMA and OTA.

For more details visit the website of army

Also old notification of CDSE and TGC is uploaded for your reference.
