Before applying for any training or internship you have to work on your CV/resume which will decide your selection for internship.you have to mention following topics-

    Objective of training
    Your academics records
Extracurricular activities in which you participated
    Your address,phone number,email id etc,
    cover letter

While writing your CV you have to make sure that grammatical error free because it leave a negative effect who will see your CV.After working on CV next step is selection of centre /lab where you want to do training. As you are from aeronautical engineering so you have to go for training at following labs-

    Integrated test range,Orissa
Aerial delivery research and development establishment
    Aeronautical development establishment
    National aerospace lab
Aeronautical development establishment- Aeronautical design centre of DRDO.It has designed many sub system and main systems for Tejas.

You have to contact the directors of these lab as mentioned by DRDO,they are the authorities who will decide your training at that centre.
