I had complete my BCA this year with aggregate 80%.I dn't have PCM in my 12th.I had Commerce.I m female and I like navy.so please help me out in my problem that I can join Navy.All the exams which are organised by you are asking for PCM but I dn't have PCM in 12th.I'm very much interested in Navy.So please give me answer and for which post I can apply?

I am really sorry to tell you that you can not apply for the Indian air force and Indian Navy.

Because in both these wings you must have physics and Mathematics in your graduation degree.

You can apply for only the Army wing.

Eligibility for Army wing is that you must have a bachelor degree from any stream from a recognized university and your age must lies in between 19-23 years.

You must be Indian and you must be physically or mentally fit.

So you can apply for the Army wing only.

cader as an ececutuve officer.

Eligibility:

1.A graduate having commerce back ground with minimum 55% marks can apply for logistic cader posts in Navy.

2.Candidates must be the citizen of India.

3.Male/Female both can apply for Logistic cader officer ship.

4.Candidates marital status must be single.

As you do not had Physics and chemistry together, you can not go for any technical or
flying post of navy.

But dont worry,
you can go for SSC (LOG) entry. for that 70% is the cut off for BCA.
as you have 80% , you are eligible.
SSC is short service commission.
in this you have to serve for 10 years.
After this you can extend 4 more years.

You can Indian Navy after BCA degree through CDS exam. CDS exam is conducted to join defence services after graduation degree.

Eligibility;-

---you must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university.

---Age limit is 19-23 years.

---You must be unmarried Indian.

----Both male as well as female can apply this exam.

----You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

YES A BCA STUDENT CAN APPLY FOR NAVY.

Honestly speaking,it is really important to have science background,when you are applying for navy,air force.As you can see that all stuffs that is associated with navy have science involved in it,whether it is submarines or large,heavy ships.They all about,science it is impossible to keep science away from anything now a days.So it is very true that whatever advertisements you have seen about recruitment in navy is all requires PCM,or the candidates who have done graduation in science subjects have more opportunities.

But you have another problem in your kitty and that is you being a female.Yes,entry for female students in defence wings is comparatively difficult to male.There was only few opportunities for BCA candidates,but some of them got cancelled because you are a female and now you are left with even more few chances.

Considering you being a BCA degree holder and a female candidate,you have only one opportunity in navy.

Because you must have physics and math in your graduation for Indian Navy & Air force.
