    Hello Friend,

I would like to inform you that for joining the defense forces, you must have 6/6 normal vision.

But for Army, eye sight upto 6/12 is ok if they are correctable with glasses.

Also, if you are so desperate to join, theres also another scheme.
You can undergo a laser operation of eye.
After medical, you are given 1year temporary rejection for this.
If after 1yr, you have perfectly normal eye sight, then you are totally eligible.

    Best of luck

The maximum eyesight should be there for the candidate of NDA.

    VISION STANDARD FOR NDA CANDIDATE:-

    Corrected with glass = 6/6
    Limits of myopia = -0.75
    Limits of Hypermetropia = +1.5
