hiiiiii...friend ...as per your query .. being 10+2 with physics and mathematics is not an issue for ground duty in IAF...you can have your 10+2 in any stream and then graduation in any stream...but being a graduate in any stream is the minimum eligibilty or a diploma...

    Hey friend,

To join in Ground Duty Branch, the way is by writing the AFCAT Exam which offers to join in Ground Duty Branch in IAF

There are certain eligibility conditions which you need to satisfy in order to apply for the AFCAT Exam and they are:

    > The candidate need to be a citizen of India

    > Age Limit needed by the candidate to join in Ground Duty Branch is 20-27 years

    > Education qualification for joining in Ground Duty is that the candidate must have completed a UG or PG degree in in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate.

You are not satisfying the education qualification needed for the branch,as you have only completed your +2,which is not enough to join in Ground Duty Branch,so it is better that you continue your studies and then apply for the Bracnh.
