YES YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR APPLYING IN INDIAN ARMY THROUGH CDSE.

CDSE allows to apply for IMA(Indian Military Academy)-a entry in army,OTA(Officer Training Academy)-a entry in army,NA(Naval Academy)-a entry in navy,AFAa(Air Force Academy)-a entry in air force.

The educational qualification required for applying IMA,OTA is graduation from any stream.
As you have done BCA,you are applicable.

Now CDSE last date was 24/6/2013 application form submission date.
Again CDSE will release its form in October this year.

As you are graduate now.

But only BCA graduate.

You do noe have technical degree: BE or B.Tech.

So you are not eligible for all posts in CDSE.

Well as graduate you are eligible for:

1. Indian Militry Acadamy and

2. Officers Traning Acadamy.

- For both any graduate can take the exam.

- But the age limits of both field have a minor difference.

- The age is limit between 19 and 24 years for IMA.

- Well in OTA it requires between 19 and 25 years.

Eligibility Criteria For C D S :-

Education Required

* IMA
You must require a degree from any recognized university

* For Naval Academy
You must have Degree in Engineering

* For Air Force Academy
You must hold a degree from recognized university or in engineering
You must have done 12th with physics and Mathematics

Age Limits:

IMA:
You must have age between 24 to 29 years

Naval Academy:
You must have age between 24 to 27 years

Air Force Academy:
You must have age between 24 to 28 years

Officers Training Academy (Men):
You must have age between 24 to 30 years

You must be Unmarried to apply For IMA, Naval and Air Force Academy

<> You must completed the Graduation from any stream with minimum percentage of marks

<> Both Male and Female candidates are eligible for the CDS examination

<> Final year students can also apply for the CDS examination but such students submits the "Certificate " which is signed by the HOD or Prnicipal
