CDS stands for combined defence services. the exam is conducted by UPSC twice in every year. the exam is conducted for the posts in defence like INA, IAF, IMA, OTA.
for CDS exam you must be physically and mentally fit.
Educational qualification:
(i)For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy:-Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering for CDSE and Degree in Engineering or B.Sc. (with Physics or Mathematics) for NCC entry.
(iii) For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
AGE LIMIT:
FOR INA: 19 years to 22 years
FOR IAFA: 19 years to 23 years
FOR IMA: 19 years to 24 years
FOR OTA: 19 years to 25 years.
The standard of the papers in Elementary Mathematics will be of Matriculation level. The standard of papers in other subjects will approximately be such as may be expected of a graduate of an Indian University.

yes B.Sc. students are eligible for CDS exam. Bt , you didn't mention here that in hich year you are at present.
By the way, you can apply and give the exam. but if you clear the exam then you should show your qualification certificates at the time of SSB interview for further procedure.

CDS stands for Combined Defence Services Examination.
The examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission twice in a year.

The exam will be conducted by UPSC of India twice in every year .

It is defence service examination which is conducted by UPSC twice in a year as namely CDS I and CDS II. 2013 CDS I Examination has been completed and CDS II Last date for receipt of application was already completed on 24/06/13. If you are missed this chance then don't worry next notification will be released soon. You can expect the notification in the month of October or November in the official website of UPSC as well as employment news paper.
As per qualification, you are eligible to apply for Indian Air force through CDS Examination.
