Re: Eligibility criteria and qualification for Indian Army and Navy?

Dear aspirant, There is no need to worry about the percentage, as anybody who have completed graduation in any discipline can apply for indian army through Combined defence services examination and graduation in physics maths or engineering to apply for air force and navy. Only the thing matter is age limit, physical fitness, nationality, and medical fitness. Once you fit in all the requirement then you will be eligible to apply for air force ,army and navy. So your age must be 19 to 22 years for indian navy, 19 to 25 years for officers training academy, 19 to 23 for air force academy and 19 to 24 years of age for indian millitary academy. Once you fulfil the age requirement then make sure you must be indian by citizenship, male/female anybody can apply, physical/medical fitness required, you should not be involved in criminal activities. After filling the application form you need to give the written examination which you have to qualify to get the call for SSB interview which is the second step to qualify the examination, SSB is basically consist of 5 day process, which includes several tasks to perform during the interview, this you have to qualify to go for medical examination if you found fit for the medical exam then you will be selected. For more details log on to www.upsc.gov.in Thank you.
