NDA means National Defence Academy. The candidates who have passed the Intermediate (+12) from the recognized college such candidates are eligible for the exam. The NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC. the UPSC stands for the Union Public Service Examination. If you complete Intermediate then you are eligible for the NDA exam.

The notification for the National Defense academy examinations 2 will be released on 4th May 2013 ,however let me tell you that the minimum age required for the UPSC examinations is 16.5 years and the maximum age limit is 19 years.
As far as I am concerned you are not eligible for the NDA 2 exams accdoring to your date of birth.
So friend if you are interested in joining the defense then you can go for the CDS examinations after the bachelors' degree.The age limit is 19 -25 years.

Upcoming NDA II Exam of 2013 will be commenced on 11 August 2013.
For appearing in NDA II Exam, you must have your DOB between 2-01-1995 and 01-07-1998 to be eligible for NDA II Exam 2013.
Since, your DOB is 7-11-1994, so you cannot appear for NDA II 2013 Exam.
In-fact, you are not eligible for NDA Exams of upcoming years as well.
Because, candidates having age 16.5 to 19 years are eligible for NDA Exam.
Now, as the year passes, your age will increase not decrease.
So, better you join any Graduation Course and start preparing for CDS Exam.
CDS Examination is also commenced by UPSC twice in a year.
Upcoming Exam will be conducted on 8 September 2013.

There is no percentage criteria mentioned in the notification of NDA. So if you are just passed in 10+2 then also you can apply for NDA examination.

Yes of course you are not eligible to apply for the NDA -II ( National Defence Academy ) Examination .
This is formally because of your age .
As you may know that the desired age to be eligible for applying the NDA -II Examination is that
You need to be aged between 16½ to 19 years .
But according to the eligibility criteria framed by the UPSC Government ,
You should have been born between 2nd July, 1995 and 1st January, 1998 .
And hence you become a non - eligible candidate for applying the forthcoming NDA Examinations .
But don't get upset so soon because you can apply for the Defence cadre examination
later in your future after completing your Graduation or while pursuing the
last year of your graduation .
