    hello airman.
    you need to give an inter exam followed by SSB.
    once you clear them after showing up in merit you are given joining letter to join AFA Hyderabad and also relieving letter fron POBR service.
    after your train you shall be commissioned in transport or chopper wings as a pilot.

    You can become pilot through AFCAT ENTRY.Thsi entry allows airmen and warriors to become officer in air force.AIR force has organized this entry twice in year.

    You have to apply separately for this entry in air force headquaters.The candidate should have degree in any discipline to apply for AFCAT entry.

    The exam will be conducted in feb-august every year which is followed by SSB interview and merit list since you neend not to give any medical test for it.you have to clear pilot aptitude battery test to become pilot which is mandatory.If you have qualifies PABT in past then no need for it.

    The age limit for pilot entry is 19-23 years at the time of course commencement like if your course will start in july then your age should be less then 23 on 1st of july.The written exam will be an objective type paper which sonsist of 100 questions from various topics::

    1.ENGLISH APTITUDE:::25 questions

    2.REASONING APTITUDE::25 questions

    3.MATHEMATICS::25 questions

    4.ENGLISH ::25 questions

    There will be negative marking in the exam which would be .33 for every wrong answer.The result of afcat exam will be declared in one month and you will be called for SSB interview at their respective boards.The ssb is organized for 5 days where you will be going through various testa conducted by GROUP TESTING OFFICER.PSHCHLOGIST and INTERVIEWING OFFICER.
