You first have to join Indian army for that by:
1. After class 12: take NDA exam and get into NDA with army as first choice, then you will be sent for training and after successful training, you will be joining as officer.
2. After graduation:
a) CDSE: Take CDSE exam and then join IMA (Indian military academy, dehradun) and after successful training, join Indian army.
b) Join by SSC (short service commission) or
c) By UES (univeristy entry scheme).

After becoming army man, you will have to be a sharp shooter, a consistent performer and then you will be specifically trained for being a sniper from your regiment

You can join as a soilder in army after 10th.

But it will better for you if you join india army after 12th.
