After your 10+2 you can join as a trainee in engineering stream as mechanical ,electrical or electronics branch which is equivalent to diploma in civil. also you can join through b.tech or b.e in engineering or also after completion of b.tech in aeronautical engineering.
there are two types of entry in airfor technical group. one is officer category and the other one is air-man category . for officers category you have to either do mechanical or aeronoutical engg and then you can apply for tech scheme . and for air-man category you have to give airforce group "X" technical enterence exam , for this enterence exam you just have the qulification of +2 with science stream and a minimum of 55% in pcm.
if u r an engg student u can apply for UES in pre final year and TGC in final year and after graduation also.
