Re: How can I join Army while studying Law?

    Hello

I am unable to predict weather you are male or female. I am thinking this because there is special entry in Army known as Law Officer and this post is only for women.

So if you are female then apply for law officer post. You will serve the Indian army in the advocate. You will be handling different types of cases related to the India army. You will be admitted in the judge advocate general departments.

    Eligibility:

This post is only for women.

your age must be between 21 and 27 years.

    Educational qualifications:

you must have a LLB degree with minimum of 55% throughout and a 3 year experience after graduation or 5 years after 12th class.

If you are not eligible for law officer post then you can join army as normal graduate. You can apply Combined Defense Services (CDS) examination and Short service commission (SSC). But you can not apply for Technical Entry Scheme (TGC) , as it require only engineers.

Combined Defense Services (CDS) examination : -
After cracking this exam you can join one of Indian Military Academy (I.M.A). If you want to join IMA then you have degree and your age must be 18 to 23 years.
SSC(Short service commission) :- You must graduate of any stream. Your age should be 19 years and 25 years.
