Re: How can I join Indian Army having completed MBA?

    Hello

Let me tell you that there are very few entries in defence which are for post graduate candidates.Nearly 90% of entries in defence is for graduates and even for intermediate
candidates. So it becomes really difficult to apply in any defence as there are very less opportunities. There are few but very few.

In Indian army, there is no such entry for MBA personal, only M.a and M.sc post graduates are eligible in Indian army.
Another problem with you is that you may apply as a graduate but again defence is one section where age has huge role to play,it does not provide you mush opportunities,if you think of applying as BBA graduate ,then your age might become work as a objectionable factor.

But still the eligibility conditions are mentioned below, you study them if you satisfy then apply for it.
You have only one entry possible for you,it is named as CDSE(Combined defence Service Examination).

CDSE allows to apply for IMA(Indian Military Academy)-a entry in army
Educational qualification required is graduation from any stream.
Age limit is 19 to 24 years(at the time of commencement of the course, not at the time of applying).

OTA(Officers Training Academy)-a entry in army
Educational qualification required is graduation from any stream.
Age limit-19 to 25 years(at the time of commencement of the course, not at the time of applying).

There are other two entries AFA(Air Force Academy)-a entry inair force
    NA(Naval Academy)-a entry in navy

For more details visit the website of army
    www.joinindianarmy.nic.in

Also a old notification of CDSE is uploaded for your reference.
