You can prepare for NDA just by following their syllabus. The syllabus can be downloaded at upsc website and upsc.gov.in.See previous year questions and prepare according. Don't prepare reading questions.Read texts that will only help.Otherwise there are many coaching centers. Take trial and get admitted that you prefer for yourself .So,try hard because sits are very limited.

Re: How can I prepare for NDA entrance exam?

To prepare for the NDA examination you must have dedication for the same because if you think that you want to crack NDA then its not enough because to crack NDA you must have to perform well not only in academics but also in field, so if you think that you can do that then prepare yourself for the same because it will be better for you to be prepared for the same.
First thing you must have good skills of mathematics, physics and chemistry for the same if you like to apply for the air force and navy after 12th.
But if you like to apply for the indian army only then you need to have 12th passed in any stream, and there will be no requirement fo the mathematics of class 12th.
You should also prepare for the SSB because this will be the great hurdle to clear the examination so prepare for the same as well.
There will be 5 days of SSB and you need to go through the toughest things to into the same.
your age should be 16.5 to 19 years of age.
    selection procedure should be
    written examination first
then SSB and finally medical examination.
for more details log on to www.upsc.gov.in
    thank you.

Re: How can I prepare for NDA entrance exam?

See , as you have taken Science subjects in 12th you are eligible to join only in ARMY wings ... For those who have taken PCM subjects in 12th , can join in either Army or in Navy or in Airforce through NDA exam .

So, this is clear that , you can join in Army only .

Later , you should remember that , your age should lies in between 16.5 to 19 years only to apply for the exam and only Male unmarried candidates are eligible for the exam .

You should be well prepared in all the Syllabus topics of the NDA exam to crack it .

Syllabus of the NDA exam:- (It consists of 2 papers)

    1.. Maths = 300 marks

    2.. General Ability = 600 marks

In General Ability , you should put more concentration in the topics like ,

    English
    Physics
    Chemistry
    Biology
    Economics
    Geography
    History
    Pol. science
    International and National affairs
