If you like to prepare for the OTA examination then you need to prepare for the CDS examination for the same well there will be no maths in the OTA so no need to worry for the same.
Well to go for the officers training examination a candidates are required to apply for the UPSC CDS examination so that they can sit in the written examination for the same and afterthat SSB interview and medical.
Here is the eligibility criteria for the same as follows-
CDS stands for the combined defence services examination conducted by UPSC to select the candidates in defence services.
Qualification-
Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for the indian army.
graduate in physics and maths or engineering can apply for the indian air force and navy also.
Age limit-
19 to 22 years for the indian navy.
19 to 23 years for the air force.
19 to 24 years for IMA.
19 to 25 years for OTA.
Candidates should be unmarried male or female.
Selection procedure-
Written test.
SSB interview.
Medical examination.
