    Information about the entrance exam for Indian Air Force?

    please give me the answer of my question.....when and where the entrance examination are going to conduct for air force???????????

    Nice to see your Interest in Indian Air force and you can join Indian Air force by many ways through NDA Examination, CDS Examination, Air force common admission test and NCC Entry. If you have completed your Intermediate examination then you are eligible to apply for the NDA Examination, this examination is conducted by UPSC, twice in a year and you have to study Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects in your Intermediate examination, Only unmarried male candidates between the age of 16.5 to 19 years are eligible for NDA Examination. Those who cracked the NDA Examination are given preliminary training both academic and physical for a period of 3 years at the National Defence Academy which is an Inter-Service Institution. The training during the first two and half years is common to the cadets of three wings.

    On passing out you will be awarded B.Sc./B.Sc. (Computer)/BA. degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.

    You can also apply for the CDS Examination to Join Indian Air force, if you have completed your Graduation from a recognised University and you must have study Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects in your Intermediate examination. CDS Examination is also conducted twice in a year and your age should between 19 to 23 years.

    If you have scored more than 60% marks in your Graduation then you can Join Flying Branch, Technical Branch and Ground duty Branch of Indian Air force through AFCAT Examination.

    You have to be Medically and Physically fit in all the respects to apply for this examination. Physical fitness is one of the most important criteria for joining the Air Force. Your chest should be well developed. The minimum range of expansion after full inspiration should be 5 cm. There should be no disease of bones and joints of the body.

    So, these are the entries to Join Indian Air force, Those who apply for the Flying Branch of Indian Air force have to appear for the PBAT(Pilot Battery Aptitude test).

    The selection in Indian Air force is based on Written test followed by SSB interview and Medical test. Those who cracked all these stages are eligible to Join Indian Air force Academy.     You have not mentioned your qualification So it is very difficult to provide the exact information of Indian Air force . You can apply for Indian Air force examination in many ways i.e NDA , CDS and AFCAT examination . These examination are Indian Air force Entries .

    If you are passed +2 examination from a recognized School then you are eligible to apply for NDA Examination . NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year . To join Air force , you must have a compulsory finished your intermediate with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects . Other Stream candidates are not eligible to apply . NDA Examination is divided into Written Test , SSB Interview and Physical Test .

    ~~ You must have a 16.5 years - 19 years of age and Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible .

    If you are passed graduate degree from a reputed Institution the you are eligible to apply for CDS / AFCAT examination . CDS Stands for Combined Defence Service examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year . To join Air force , you must have a compulsory passed your graduate degree with physics and mathematics at 12th examination OR Engineering candidates may also eligible . CDS Selection Process :- Written Test , SSB Interview and Physical Test .

    ~~ You must have a 19 years - 23 years of age and Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible .

    AFCAT Stands for Air force Common Admission Test and this examination is conducted by Indian Air force twice in a year . For recruitment for Technical Branch , Flying Branch and Ground Duty Branch .

    For Technical Branch , you must have a passed your Aeronautical engineering in Electronics or Mechanical with 60% aggregate marks .

    For Flying Branch , you must have a compulsory passed your graduate degree with physics and mathematics at 12th examination and have attained the 60% aggregate marks in their examination OR Engineering candidates may also eligible .

    For Ground Duty , you must have a completed your graduate degree or post graduate degree from a recognized University .
