Sir, please help me to inform me about , how can i go in navy. I am present in 12th standard , with pcm , english & computer science and will give my board isc exams in 2013 so i want to know-
1)about the direct entry scheme
2)where would i apply . When exams are held for navy .
3)minimum percentage in 12th for applying in navy.

(please mention the date of the exams of nda)//very important please tell

You have 3 ways to go in navy
1- if you have got above 70 pecentage in 10+2 you can fill a fourm for direct entry for do b.tech.
2- you also give NDA exam with 12th. it is held on 7 april. You also fill up a form at january.
3- you also fill up salior entry fourm on the website (bharti-nausena.nic.in) it's not a direct entry.
minimun 55 percentage for applying in navy.

You must have passed 12th from a recognized university

The minimum age should be 16.5 years

The maximum age is allowed up to 19 years

You must be an INDIAN

Unmarried Male candidates are only Eligible to apply for exam ...

There is no Upper Age relaxation for the Reserved candidates

You must be Physically fit

And Mentally Fit ..

After 12 you can apply but you should have atleast60 percent and you should be healthy and good visible the exam you should appear are upsc or Nda conducted in month of april and august every year

Dear freind you must be an indian your aga must be between 16.5 to 19.5 your height must be 152.5 and weight according to height eye should be 6/6without glass you nust be 12 mpc with 60% you can go through upsc, nda cinducted twice a year through Afcat cds all the best

Dear for a candidate who have done 12^th has the best option to apply for the Indian defense services and dear the procedure to apply for the Indian defense services is NDA(National Defense Academy). Dear candidate who have done 12^th from govt. recognized board and with PCM subjects can apply.

BRANCHES TO JOIN AFTER NDA:-

>> Indian air force.
>> Indian navy.
>> Indian army.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA EXAM:-

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:- minimum qualification required is 12th.
AGE LIMIT:- age limit for NDA exam is 16.5 to 19 years.
NATIONALITY:- Candidate must be Indian.
HEIGHT AND WEIGHT:- Minimum height required is 157cm and minimum weight required is 50kg.

So dear if you fulfill these eligibilities then apply for the NDA exam which is carried out by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year.

BUT DEAR ONLY MALE CANDIDATES ARE ALLOWED TO APPLY FOR THE NDA EXAM FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO APPLY.
