Qualification to join Air force:-

• you must have studied physics and maths in 12th level.
• You are the citizen of India.
• You should have minimum completed 10+2 education.

Age limit:-Your age is between 16.5 to 19 years for Air force.

Minimum Hight:-Your height is 157 cms for males and 152 cms for females.

Eye sight:-Your eye sight is 6/6 for good eye and 6/12 for worst eye.

Yes you can surely join IAF on the basis of your graduation degree.

You can apply for flying branch through CDSE and SSC.

You can apply for Ground duty staff through CET.

You can also apply for both through AFCAT.

You need to have physics and math as your main subject in class 12.

The age criteria for flying branch is 19 to 23 years.

The age criteria for ground duty is 19 to 24 years.

But You have Said That You had Done B.Pharmacy So You will Eligible for The CDS Exam To join in Indian Air force.So If you want join in Indian Air force after B.Pharmacy You have To Appear the CDS Exam.CDS Means Combined Defence Service.This Examination is conducting by Union Public Service commission two times in a Every Years and For This Examination all Graduates are Eligible And For This Examination to Join in Indian Air force age Should be between 19-23 Years.So These are the Details to join in Indian Air force after Graduation.

Dear aspirant if you have to join air force through NDA exam then you should have physics and maths in your 10+2 .

So if you are not having physics and maths in 10+2 then you will only eligible for army.

-After graduation you can apply for AFCAT exam if you have done B.pharmacy then you will be only eligible for no technical branch that is you will be eligible for ground duty branch.

So you have only one way to join air force as officer that is AFCAT .Others exam like CDS requires engineering graduates for air force.

Hey friend,

Yeah,you can join in Indian Air Force which is a defence force of India by having completed B.Pharmacy which is a UG course.

Having completed B.Pharm you can write the entrance exam which you satisfy and you can attempt writing the CDS and AFCAT Exam

CDS - Combined Defence Service

AFCAT - Air Force Common Admission Test

These two exams offers you to join in Indian Force,but you need to satisfy the needed eligibility conditions needed for the exam.

Eligibility For CDS :-

~ Candidate need to be a citizen of India

~ Only Unmarried male candidate is eligible for the CDS Exam

~ The age limit needed for the CDS exam is that the candidate must have 19-23 years.

~ Education qualification needed for the CDS exam for joining in Indian Air Force is that the candidate must have completed a degree with physcis and mathematics as subjects.

~ Candidate need to be physically fit while appearing for the CDS Exam





Eligibility For AFCAT :-

There are 3 branches in AFCAT but the one which you can write for when regarding your qualification is the Ground Duty Branch

~ Candidate must be a citizen of India.

~ The candidates who wish to apply for this should be between 20-27 years of age.

~ The candidate should have completed his/her the PG or Bachelor degree in any subject with at least 60% aggregate marks.

The way is :

Eligibility : Degree from a recognized university with physics and math. subject at 12th level or Bachelor degree in engineering .

3. Flying Duty : It scheme belong to Air Force Common Admission Test which conducted by Indian Air Force .
Eligibility : Degree from a recognized university or Bachelor degree in engineering .
Age limit : 19 to 23 year .
Gender : Men/Women both .

4. Administration : It scheme also belong to Air Force Common Admission Test which Conducted by Indian Air force .

The minimum qualification in the Indian Air Force is for the post of Airmen .
The qualification for the post of airmen to apply for the Group - Y and Group - X trade examination are the minimum compared to other qualification needed to enter the Indian Air Force .
The Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical) trades and Group ‘X’ (Technical) trades examination are conducted for the Unmarried male Indian Citizens to become an airmen .
This examination provides a direct entry to the passed candidates in the recruitment rally of airmen in the Indian Air force

The age qualification for both of this examination in accordance to this years examination is that you should be born between 01 July 1991 to 30 September 1995 .

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
1. For entering in the Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical) Trades -: You should have passed your 12th class or 10+2 level examination with
Science, Arts or Commerce subjects .
OR
You should have a three years Diploma degree in any stream of Engineering from a Government recognised Institute .

2. For entering in the Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades -: You should have passed 12th class or 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate all the .
