Cracking NDA Written Exam

First of All I would like to inform you that their is No Specific Marks Cutoff to Clear NDA examination.

However, I would love to give you few TIPS for Clearing the Exam :

1. In Maths Section, Answer At-least 40 questions Correctly.
2. In General Ability Test, Answer minimum 70 questions Correctly.
3. Don't ever guess Answers if you have had answered the minimum questions required to pass as mentioned above.
4. Refer to "NDA Pathfinder, Arihant Publications " to clear NDA Exam. (Best book for NDA Exam).

Dear friend,

There is no such fixed mark for NDA Exam to qualify it.

But if you have scored 40% marks in Mathematics and 60% marks in General Ability Test, then it means you have qualified NDA Written Test.

After the Written Result is Declared, you can easily see your Roll no. in the Result list.

Now, you will get SSB Call Letter from NDA.

You must join SSB and go for training.

If you qualified it also, then you could be called for Medical Test and then you are selected in NDA.

There is No Marks Requirement of the NDA Exam

But you should have to get minimum percentage of marks

Don't see for Percentage Cutoff and Try to Do More hard work

Some times You can a Face a problem when try to At the Boarder of the Percentage

Generally percentage criteria will depends on the Relative Members Attend for the NDA examination


So You don't look about the Cut off percentage it is generally about 40% IN YOUR 10+2

You must have Age in between 16.5 to 19 years

That is all

Nationality :-
Indian Citizen.

The Exam consist of :-

General paper
mathematics

• NDA i.e National defence academy examination conducted by the UPSC every year two times.
• You must have to be completed 12th class to be eligibile.
• It will be an written examination which is a objective type having two papers.
• The two papers are General Ability of 600 marks and Mathematics of 300 marks.
• There is no minimum passing marks, it's all depends upon the cut off marks list released for it.
• So, try to score as maximum as possible.

dear aspirant......
no one can predict the exact cutoff marks as it is a competitive exam and cutoff goes up/down depending upon the difficulty level of paper............but what i can tell you from the past trends
that no matter how difficult the exam is, if you get more than 400 marks you will qualify for ssb........but don't look for that minimum marks, aim high and try to maximise your score
it will only help you when it comes to merit............
so don't think about cutoff and give it your best shot............

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.This exam is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Comission) for the following wings+ Indian Army+ Indian Navy and+ Indian Airforce.It is a competitive exam conducted all over India hence no one can say the required mark to pass NDA entrance exam.Based the level of competition the marks required depends thats all. .... There is no required percentage in 12th stands for NDA examination , only pass your 12th stands

Indian Army

Indian Navy

Indian Air Force

Eligibility for NDA examination :

Candidates must be Indian

Candidates should be complete 12th stands from a recognized Unievrsity

Final year pursuing candidates also eligible for apply

There is no percentage requirements

Candidates age limit between 16.5 to 19 years

There is no upper age relaxation for reserved candidates

Only unmarried male candidates eligible for apply

Friend, Pattern of the written examination of NDA Examination: * General Ability : 600 marks * Mathematics: 300 marksAs far as General Ability section is concerned it is combination of General English, General Science, Geography, History, Polity, Economy etc. It is better for the candidate to try to score atleast 50 % of marks (300 marks) in order to qualify sectional cut off.And as far as Mathematical section is concerned candidate are required daily consistent practice to get better marks in this section. The score of above 150 marks is good.

~ There is no fixed marks for clear NDA.
~ It is fully depends upon cutup of the NDA entrance examination in which you appeared. Marks destribution for NDA exam is as given below:-

There are two written paper:-

Paper I is of 300 marks and Paper II is of 600 marks.

~ So, try to get as good marks as it is possible for you.

It is nice that you want to join NDA exams after 12th standard. NDA exam is the best exam to join defence services.

NDA exam consist English, Elementary math and GK papers.

To crack this exam,you must take at least 40%of total marks.

soldiers are required to take a physical fitness test at least twice per year. There are three events which are measured: push-ups, sit-ups, and a timed two-mile run. Soldiers are required to score a minimum of 60 points on each event (50 points per event in order to graduate Army Basic Training). The Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) scores are also used in the Army Enlisted Promotion System.
