    Hello
It is very good thing that you have interest in joining armed forces and serve the country.Well indian navy also gives good opportunities for the female candidates to serve in armed forces and serve the country.
You have a option to give CDSE which stands for the combined defense services exam which is conducted by the union public service commission or upsc twice a year for all the graduates.
YOU will be given short service commission in non technical group.
YOu have to apply in the cds exam and for girls the only option is OTA which stands for Officers Training Academy.Because their all training is done in the OTA.
You have to apply for OTA and the application procedure is also made very simple by upsc as you can now just log in to www.upsc.gov.in and apply online there.
For girls the upsc do not charge any fee, they just have to fill up the forms and submit it.
Filling up the form is very detailed which i would like to tell you afterward.
For joining the navy you need to have graduation as your education qualification.
    ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY FOR CDS
    1.Unmarried female candidate
    2.Must be an indian citizen
    3.Age limit-19-25 yrs
4.Education qualification-Graduation final year appearing or passed from any recognised university or equivalent

For air force you can apply for AFCAT exam which also has same eligibility condition as of cds just you have to apply separately for it.

Other than CDS you have one more option that is when the armed forces publishes directly the notice for recruitment in ssc cource of women and other jobs in administration and logistics branches.
You can see these notices published time to time in employment news.
It would be great if you prepare for it from now and seek more information about such notices.
HAPPY to help for any more query or doubt.
    Regards

    Dear Friend,

Glad to know that you want to serve the country.

Well to do so, first of all you have to complete your graduation and then you need appear in CDS (Combined Defense Services) exam which is held twice in a year by UPSC.

But I am afraid that girl candidates can join Indian Army only via SSC i.e short service commission. In SSC, you can serve army for only 30 years. Also you have to be unmarried and you can join army in non technical branch only because you are graduating in B.Com.

Wishing you best of luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
