Now you should go for the Indian Defence Academy exam of the Indian defence conducted by the UPSC. To enter in to the Indian army you should be a 12th passed candidate with 60% marks in the same from any discipline. But the exam is only open for the Indian males with 16.5 to 19 years of age.
since you have got 80% so you can go for the Indian army.
The exam is open in august 2012 and the last date to apply will be in june 2012.///

The pay scale varies from the post and the level. The average pay scale is 25000 to 50000 per month.
    Good luck!!!!!
