    Whole procedure to Join Air Force :- Air Force is a top government organization and reputed .For admission or entry in Air Force,Indian Army and defence National Defence Academy entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission Board.

    If you are unmarried Indian citizen than eligible for Air Force.

    Your age limit should be 19 years for jobs in Indian Airforce.

    Selection procedure to join Air Force are in three following stages :-

    i) Written exam conducted by Union Public Commission Board

    ii) Intelligence and Interview Test

    iii) Medical exam by Service Medical Board

    In Air Force physically and mentally fit candidates are definitely selected so, required to do practice on Physical activity like Warming Up and Cooling down process.In Physical fitness test mainly check your stamina and capability to do something else.

    To become a teacher after 12th class you have to complete a graduation degree in any stream. After it you have to do a b.ed degree from a reputed college.Note you should have to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in both the degrees.. After this you becomes eligible for becoming a teacher.

    Hello....to join airforce you should posses following eligibilty eligibilty criteria.you should be a citizen of india.you should have a degree from recognised govt. university.your age should be between 21-28 years.you should be physically fit.the procedure includes.written testmedical testinterview/group discussion

    Procedure to join Indian Air force:
    Apply any exams like NDA, CDS, SSB, X-group, and Y-group
    If you have filled all the details in application form then you will be issued admit card.
    Using this card you can sit in the written exam.
    After written exam the qualified candidates will give the physical and medical test.
    After passing the above rounds you will be called for the interview rounds.
    Then the final merit list will be making then you will be selected.

    Flying(Pilot) :- First you have to completed degree with physics & mathematics at 12th level or B.E/B.Tech from a recognized School or equivalent qualification.The candidate must secure at least 60% marks in their examintion.Candidate age should between 19 years and 23 years and there is no relaxation for this examination.Candidates who are appearing in the final year of degree course can also apply for this examination.

    Here i m telling you the ways to join Air force the whole procedure.But first you should decide whether to which post or department you are interested to join.

    You can choose in between Flying,Technical & Ground Duty Branches to be apart of air force.


    There are 2 exams through which you can apply through these departments:

    AFCAT Selection Procedure

    Air force common Admission Test(AFCAT) comprises of following phrases for Selection:
    1.Written Test
    2.Interview by AFSB Located at Mysore,Varanasi,Dehradun
    3.PABT Test for flying Pilot...........EKT for Technical Department
    4.Medical and Fitness test at IAM,Banglore.
    Eligibility:-
    Flying Pilot:-You should be a graduate or B.tech with 60% Marks in it
    Age within 19-23 years

    The selection process in the army is as follows;

    i) Written exam conducted by UPSC Board such as; AFCAT, NDA, CDS, UES and PABT etc

    ii) Intelligence and Interview Test

    iii) Medical exam by Service Medical Board


    And you should be free from any disease, and you should be physically fit for this.

    your age should be at least 19.

    You should be completed +2 or graduation then you will be eligible for it.

    Yes, you can submit the application for Indian Defence Services after completing graduation

    There are so many opportunities in defence for you If you have the perfect eligibility criteria.

    you can apply for NDA or CDS examination.

    But I suggest you to apply for CDS examination because it is perfect according to your qualification.

    You can enter into defence through two procedures that direct entry and university entry scheme.

    You can also apply for the higher post of defence in any field that Army,Navy and Air force.

    Choose the perfect field in your choice.

    There are various entrance exams that are taken after 12 and graduation to become a part of defence in all three forces i.e IMA, INA and AFA. The list of such exams are-

    1) NDA- taken after 12 class for all three forces

    2) CDS examination- taken after graduation to get into all three forces with OTA.

    3) CET- for ground duty in IAF

    4) EKT- for technical branch in IAF

    5) UES- for technical branch in army.

    6) SSC- for flying branch in IAF.

    you can attend any one of the above listed exams & after cracking in that exam you can join in defense.

    Here there are the whole procedure to join Air Force are...
    • you must have studied physics and maths in 12th level.
    • You are the citizen of India.
    • You should have minimum completed 10+2 education.
    • Your age is between 16.5-25 years for army and 16.5-24 years for Indian Navy
    • Your height is 157 cms for males and 152 cms for females.
    • Your eye sight is 6/6 for good eye and 6/12 for worst eye
    You Can Apply For The NDA Examination .The Exam Is Held Twice In A Year . NDA I(2012) is Going To Be Held On 15th April ,2012 . The Notification Will Come On 31st December.

    If you have applied for the Flying branch and are found suitable by the Selection Board, you would be sent to the Air Force Central Medical Establishment, New Delhi or the Institute of Aerospace Medicine, Bengaluru for a thorough medical examination.
    If you have applied for the Technical or Ground Duty Branches and are found suitable, you may be asked to return home and await a call for a medical examination or be sent directly for the medical examination.

    Step 4 - Preparing All India Merit List
    An All India Merit List is compiled on the basis of your performance at the AFSB and subject to being medically fit. Based on the vacancies available in various branches / sub branches,they issue joining instructions to join Air Force Academy for the training.

    Important Information

    At the Air Force Selection Boards, you undergo a number of psychological tests, an interview and group tests, which are collectively called the Officer Like Qualities (OLQ) Tests. These tests are designed to gauge your potential and suitability as an officer in the Armed Forces.
    • The Psychological Tests are written tests that are conducted by a Psychologist.
    • The Group Tests are interactive indoor and outdoor tests. We expect active physical participation from you.
    • The Interview involves a personal conversation with our Interviewing Officer.
    These tests will be explained to you in detail before they are conducted at the Selection Board.

    Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) is a unique test. It is aimed at assessing a candidate’s aptitude to be trained as a pilot. PABT is being used as an independent selection device to induct potential officers into Flying Branch of Indian Air Force.

    Step 3 - Conducting of Medical Examinations
    If you have applied for the Flying branch and are found suitable by the Selection Board, you would be sent to the Air Force Central Medical Establishment, New Delhi or the Institute of Aerospace Medicine, Bengaluru for a thorough medical examination.
    If you have applied for the Technical or Ground Duty Branches and are found suitable, you may be asked to return home and await a call for a medical examination or be sent directly for the medical examination.

    Step 4 - Preparing All India Merit List
    An All India Merit List is compiled on the basis of your performance at the AFSB and subject to being medically fit. Based on the vacancies available in various branches / sub branches,they issue joining instructions to join Air Force Academy for the training.

    Important Information
    The Indian Air Force inducts its personnel purely on merit basis. Do not be carried away by anyone who claims that they can influence the selection process and thereby lose precious time and resources. Have faith in your internal abilities and put in your best.

    You can join Indian Airforce as an officer through many entries.
    You can try from NDA entry.
    The whole procedure is as follows:
    1.Firstly you have to fill the form for NDA and you have to give a written test.

    2.After clearing the written test you willl be called for a SSB interview.It consist of three stages:
    i)PABT test
    ii)Screening Test(1 day)
    iii)Psychology test,GTO test(3 days)

    3.If you cleared the interview then you will have to give a thorough medical test of about 5 days.

    4.After that you have to wait for the merit list clearing which you will get a call from Academy to join.


    One more option is through CDS.
    It also has the same procedure as above.

    Dear the entry to defense services depends upon your age and educational qualification so dear i have explained the procedure below according to the educational qualification:-

    AFTER 12TH:- After 12th a candidate can apply for the NDA exam. NDA exam is carried out twice in a year by UPSC for which the age limit to apply is 16.5 to 19 years.After 12th only male candidates are allowed to apply for the NDA exam female candidates are not allowed to apply for the NDA exam.

    As the first step of selection for NDA the written exam is carried out which carries 900 marks and after that SSB interview is carried out which is carried out to check the mentality or mental level of the candidate after that the medical exam is carried out to ensure that candidate is medically fit or not.

    For a candidate who wants to join Indian air force must have done 12th from science stream with PCM subjects.

    AFTER GRADUATION:-

    DEAR AFTER GRADUATION FOR AIR FORCE YOU CAN APPLY FOR THE CDS AS WELL AS AFCAT EXAM.

    CDS stands for combined defense services which is also carried out twice in a year by UPSC for which age limit to apply is 19 to 25 years both male and female candidates are allowed to apply for the CDS exam.

    You can Join the Indian Air force either after the Intermediate or after the Graduation. You can Join the Indian Air force at the Intermediate level by the NDA exam. This exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Examination. This exam is conducted for the Intermediate candidates. For this exam you have to complete Intermediate from the recognized college or any equivalent examination.

    Age , Sex, Martial Status and nationality

    Your age should be 16.5-19 years and also you should be Male and Unmarried candidates , You should be Indian citizen or Nepal or Tibetan Refugee

    Exam Syllabus and Pattern

    Mathematics- 300 Marks
    General Ability – 600 Marks

    You have to Hold Physics and mathematics in the Intermediate level and have the minimum height of 162.5 cm

    You can also Join the Indian Air force after the Graduation. You can join the Indian Air force by the CDS exam. This exam is also conducted by the Union Public Service Exam.

    You have to complete Graduation from the recognized college without any backolog in he Graduation and your age should be 19-24 years and you should be Indian citizen.
