    Information about application forms for Technical entry Scheme :
    Technical entry scheme is a field of Indian Army and offer jobs opportunities for unmarried male candidates with the age range of 16.5 to 19.5 years.To join as a Technical entry scheme you must passed 10+2 examination with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.

    In 10+2 board examination you should score more then 70% because this percentage criteria is valid in every examination so,please score at least more then this range.Through this entry scheme no written examination will be conducted but only Hi Tech interview will be conducted.

    There are total 70 vacancies per course and after successful completing graduation degree you are eligible for jobs in Defence field.Indian Army examination forms are available at various centres and after filling complete application you need to send in a separate envelop along with documents to the following address :

    "ADG Recruting,10+ 2 TES,
    West Block-III,R.K Puram,
    New Delhi 110 066"

    Selection procedure for Indian Army :
    Selection for the Technical Entry Scheme through Service Selection Board ,Interview and after that you are put up through various stages are following as :

    >>> Pre Screening Test

    >>> Psychological Test

    >>> Group discussion and PI(Personal Interview)

    >>> Medical Fitness Test

    Technical Entry Scheme and this examination is conducted by Indian Army every year.

    Eligibility Criteria for this examination :-

    Those who are completed 12th examination with physics,chemistry and mathematics from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and the candidate must secure at least 70% aggregate marks in physics,chemistry and mathematics in their examination.

    The martial status of this examination is that the candidate should be unmarried male candidate at the time of appearing for this examination and female candidates are not eligible to apply for this examination.Those in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for this examination.

    Age limits for this examination is that the candidate age should be between 16.5 years and 19 .5 years at the time of appearing for this examination.

    Every year they fill 85 nos of the candidates into the Indian Army course.

    The applicant who are appearing in the final year 12th examination and they must submit the proof of passing exam certification before appearing for Interview of Technical entry scheme examination.

    Selection Procedure of this examination :- Written examination,Personal Interview,Psychology Test and Group Discussion,Physical Test....etc.

    No, it's not possible to go for NDA after 10th. You must have inter with PCM background to get eligible in all wings(3wings) in NDA.

    Also you must have the physical requirements for NDA like mentioned below.

    The minimum acceptable height is 157.5 cms. (162.5 cms for Air Force)

    A 10% (A 6 Kg for Navy) departure from the average weight given in the table 1 above is to be considered within normal limit. However, in individuals with heavy bones and broad build as well as individuals with thin but otherwise healthy this may be relaxed to some extent on merit.

    Note 1 : Height relaxable upto 2.5 cm (5 cm. for Navy) may be allowed where the Medical Board certifies that the candidate is likely to grow and come up to the required standard on completion of his training.

    Note 2 : To meet special requirement as a pilot in the Air Force the acceptable measurements of leg length, thigh length and sitting height will be as under :

    Minimum------Maximum
    Leg Length 99.00cms. 120.00 cms.
    Sitting Height 81.50cms. 96. 00 cms

    Eligibility for NDA:

    To apply for Army Wings, you have to complete your 12th in any discipline form a recognised Board.

    To apply for Naval and Air Force Wings, you have to complete your 12th with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects.

    Your age must be between 16.5 to 19years. You should be Unmarried male.

    Date of Notification: 31st Dec'2011
    Last date for submitting application:30th Jan'2012
    Date of Exam:15th April'2012
