    Whether a 16 year old candidate is eligibile for appearing in National Defence Academy entrance examination 2013?

    My birth date is 26\01\1997. I'm interested to join NDA. I want to know whether i'm eligible to appear in the National Defence Academy entrance exams 2013?

    NDA exam : -

    To apply for the NDA exam , You should Satisfy the Eligiblity Critria of the Exam

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : -

    1. The candidate should have completed 12th From any Recognised college

    2. The candidate's age should be between 16.5 to 19 years only

    3. The candidate must be a citizen of india

    4. The candidate should be an Unmarried Male candidate


    So , YOur age should be between 16.5 to 19 years , to apply for the exam and you should be a Male candidate

    The exam will Helds Twice in every year by UPSC
    and ,

    There is no Restriction in Number of attempts for the exam


    Selection Process : -

    (1) Written exam

    (2) SSB Interview

    (3) Medical Test




    Exam Syllabus : -


    1) Mathematics - 300 marks (Paper-1)

    2) General Ability - 600 marks (Paper-2)

    Hey friend,


    When you are attaining 16.5 years of age then you will be eligible for applying for the National Defence Academyas per the age limit needed for the exam.There are certain framed criteria's for the NDA exam which are there to be satisfied by the candidate in order to apply for the exam to join in defence forces of India such as Indian Army, Indian navy and Indian Air Force.

    As mentioned that you are born on 26\01\97 you will be eligible for applying for the exam is you satisfy on the condition that you need to have born on 1st January or 1st July of the year subsequent to the year of the examination

    The other criteria's which are needed to be satisfied along with the age limit is that for joining in Indian Army you need to have a education qualification of completed +2 from a recognized school board of education and in the case of you joining in Indian Navy or Air Force you need to have completed +2 with Physics and mathematics as subjects with a fair percentage.

    The Nationality standard states that the candidate appearing for the NDA exam must be a citizen of India and must be a unmarried male candidate.The candidate must be physically fit while appearing for the NDA exam as it is important.

    The candidate are selected for the defence forces in 3 ways:

    -> Written test

    -> SSB Interview

    -> Medical test

    Dear,
    Your age should be minimum 16 1/2 years to apply for NDA
    You should have completed your 12th exam too
    Only male candidates are eligible to apply
    If you fulfill these criteria you can surely apply for NDA

    Hello,
    You can't apply for NDA as your age is not suitable for this exam.I am giving you the criteria for this:

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY ENTERENCE EXAM : -

    1. Should have completed 10th- 12th with physics & maths ( From any Recognised college).

    2. Must be a citizen of India.

    3. Age should be between 16.5 to 19 years only.

    4. Should be an Unmarried Male candidate.

    5. Should be physically fit.

    The exam Helds Twice a year by UPSC.You can apply after one year.
    BEST OF LUCK for WRITTEN TEST, MEDICAL TEST & INTERVIEW.

    Your age is six month small for this exam.Your age must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.For this exam,qualification must be intermediate passed from a recognized school.
    Candidates must be Indian citizen.NDA exam is only for unmarried male candidates.
    Minimum height for apply in NDA exam -157 cm.
    UPSC conducted these exam twice in a year for the selection or admission in navy,army and air force wing.Notification of these examination published on employment paper .
    Mode of selection-
    written then
    interview and
    Medical.

    • Sorry to say, but considering your's age, you are not eligible for the National defence academy i.e NDA exam.
    • In order to appear in this exam, you must have the age in between the 16.5years and 19 years.
    • You must have completed senior secondary exam, from an recognised university.
    • Only male candidates are allowed to appear in this exam.
    • You must be the resident of India.
    • You also need to be unmarried.
    • You must be mentally and physical very strong.

    Dear Friend.

    -I am give you full information about NDA exam.

    -NDA stands for national defense academy.

    -In this connection age limit required is between 16.5 to 19 years.

    -Education Qualification required is 12th passed from recognized board.

    -Candidate should be citizen of Indian.

    -Candidate should be physically and mentally strong.

    -Candidate should be free from any kind of disease.

    -Candidate should be unmarried.

    -Candidate minimum height required is 157 cm.

    -Candidate eyesight should be perfect means 6/6.

    -Exam Syllabus are as under:-

    -General English.

    -General Knowledge.

    -Elementary Maths.

    -Selection Procedure are as under:-

    -Written Exam.

    -SSB interview.

    -Medical Examination.

    -After crack the written exam, candidate must be call for SSB interview, which is carry out in 05 days.

    -Those candidate who passed screening test they will go for next 04 days for other SSB interview which is consist of psychological test, ground test and interview. On last day conference will be held. After get through all these test individual go for medical examination. if he will find fit, he will short listed merit candidate will go for training.

    -SSB stands for service selection board.

    The minimum age limit for NDA exam is 16.5 years.
    the exam is conducted twice in one year by UPSC.

    The candidate should have completed 12th From any Recognised college, must be a citizen of india
    and should be an Unmarried Male candidate.

    As your age will be 16 by then.
    you can not appear for NDA I in 2013 i.e. which will be in april 2013.

    you can apply for the later exam dont worry,

    After the +12 you can join the indian defence field through the nda exam this exam is conducted by the upsc

    Eligibility

    The candidates have to complete the +12

    =>The candidates have have the minimum 65%

    =>The candidates have in the between 16-29

    =>the candidates have to be indian citizen

    Physical

    Height-minimum 157cm

    weight should be propotionate

    blood and all body funcyions should be normal etc

    Selection process

    =>Written Examination

    =>Interview for intelligence

    personality test of such candidates as may be called for interview at one of the Services Selection Centers

    Examination Subjects

    General knowledge

    general awareness

    maths

    reasoning

    To participate in the NDA exam you should pass 12th in PCM . And mention their rules that is the age limit is -16.5 years to 19 years.
