    Dear Aspirant,
There is no mandatory need for the NCC certificate for applying for NDA.

Infact there is no such percentage barrier also for NDA exam.

NDA is National Defense Academy. The exam is conducted twice in a year.

Through NDA you can join any of the defense streams:-

    >>Army
    >>Navy
    >>Air Force.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

    >>Should hava passed 12th level in any stream for Army.

    >>Final year candidates are also eligible.

    >>For Air Force/Navy should have PCM.

    >>Age of the candidates should be 16.5-19years.

    >>Should be Indian citizen.

    >>Should be physically strong.

    >>Only unmarried male candidates.

    SELECTION PATTERN:-

    ><Written Exam

    ><SSB Interview

    ><Medical Test.

The NCC Certificate will give you some extra points during the SSB Interview.

The marks doesnot have much effect on the selection procedure.

Re: Will I be eligible for NDA with NCC A certificate having 45% in 12th class?

    Hello

The eligibility criteria for applying in NDA are as follows
1)The candidate must have passed 10+2 with physics and maths for applying in air force and navy whereas any stream is applicable for army wing.
2)Age limit is 16.5 to 19 years(at the time of commencement of the course).
    3)Only male candidates are applicable.
4)There is no percentage bar for NDA.

Now,as per the eligibility criteria you do not need to have NCC certificate for applying in NDA,not even the percentage in 10+2.
The NCC certificate is helpful if you apply as a graduate.

For more details, visit the website of air force, navy and army.
